Sarah Kerner brings 3+ years of experience in Arc GIS Systems, which includes data management, analysis, and conversion for siting solar opportunities, in addition to map design and creation. Prior to joining CEP, Sarah served as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Friends of the Rappahannock, where she worked on urban heat island mapping, the water trail map, among other maps created for various events the organization held. Sarah holds both an undergraduate degree and master’s degree from the University of Mary Washington.
