Rob Propes brings 15+ years of experience in solar and wind energy development, which includes corporate strategy, origination, permitting, and community engagement on nearly 1GW of renewable energy projects.Prior to joining CEP, Rob served as a Senior Development Manager at Urban Grid, where he developed several utility-scale solar energy projects. Rob began his renewable energy career at Bluewater Wind, where he was the State Director in Delaware and helped lead the effort to permit one of the country’s first offshore wind energy projects.

Rob holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Loyola University of Maryland, and a master’s in environmental policy from Indiana University’s School of Public & Environmental Affairs.
