Prior to joining CEP Solar, he spent over six years as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Dominion Energy, developing a deep understanding of site evaluation, land transactions, and energy infrastructure in Virginia. Earlier in his career, James honed his commercial real estate skills as a Portfolio Specialist at SunTrust and as a Sales and Leasing Associate at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
