Thomas Williams brings 4+ years of experience in solar development, which includes origination, interconnection analysis, and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle.

Prior to joining CEP, Thomas served as a New Markets Intern at Apex Clean Energy, where he researched competing areas of interest within ERCOT and developed a database tracking characteristics of properties under contract for solar development. Thomas holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina.
