Prior to co-founding CEP, Richard served as COO at Heelstone Renewable Energy where his team successfully closed on a corporate investment with Ares Management in 2019.<\/p><p>Richard began his solar career at Baker Renewable Energy where he helped to build Baker&#8217;s Engineering, Procurement and Construction business before joining
