Buckley serves as Business Development Manager at CEP Solar (Commonwealth Energy Partners), bringing a focused depth of expertise in Virginia’s distributed solar market that few can match.

Before joining CEP Solar, Matt spent nearly nine years at Dominion Energy, where he advanced from Business Development Analyst to Senior Business Development Analyst. In that time, he developed and supported distributed energy solar projects across Virginia, spanning ground-mount, carport, and rooftop installations, in direct support of the Virginia Clean Economy Act. His technical grounding goes back even further, having started at Dominion as an intern where he worked with AutoCAD on easements and right-of-way permitting.
