Francheska Sacoto
Francheska Sacoto brings 2 years of experience in solar development, which includes procuring white papers and university studies to guide internal decision-making, assisting in the permitting process by coordinating with third-party technical studies, and tracking county ordinances, news, and competitor activity to inform project siting and development strategies.
Prior to joining CEP Francheska served as an Assistant at the Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy (CASE), where she supported research on renewable energy technologies and played a key role in educational outreach initiatives by coordinating events and engaging with community stakeholders. Francheska holds an undergraduate degree from James Madison University and is currently pursuing an executive masters of natural resources at Virginia Tech.
