Addington brings 7+ years of experience in solar development, which includes a strong track record in CRM strategy, sales operations, and data-driven process improvement. Prior to joining CEP, Ash began her solar career at Sigora Solar where she served as the Salesforce CRM Administrator. While there, she led the migration to Salesforce Lightning, established robust data governance systems, and developed tools that improved team productivity and supported expansion into new markets. Ash holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
