Richard brings 15+ years of experience in solar development, which includes corporate strategy, origination, financing, construction, and operations across 100+ solar projects. Prior to co-founding CEP, Richard served as COO at Heelstone Renewable Energy where his team successfully closed on a corporate investment with Ares Management in 2019.

Richard began his solar career at Baker Renewable Energy where he helped to build Baker’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction business before joining Heelstone.
