Empowering Virginia's Clean Economy
CEP Solar partners with landowners, communities, and customers to
develop solar and storage projects across Virginia, delivering long-term
economic and environmental benefits to the Commonwealth.
We work with landowners across Virginia to help them benefit from solar in a variety of ways. From diversifying their agricultural business with complementary solar land use to sustaining the family farm with predictable long-term solar lease revenues. We partner with you to understand your goals, to explain the solar options that best suit your interests, and to manage the process for you and cover all the costs to install solar for your farm through a solar farm lease.
We collaborate with communities through stakeholder engagement and local government permitting to responsibly site and develop solar farms that help achieve your community's goals. Solar can benefit a local community in a variety of ways. For example, solar helps keeps family farms operating and increases tax revenue for local infrastructure and services as well as create jobs and spur economic activity.
